Key Responsibilities

Server & Hosting Infrastructure: Manage and maintain Linux VPS environments such as GoDaddy, AWS, etc., along with cPanel/WHM architectures hosting client websites and web/mobile application backends.

Internal IT & Technical Support: Provide end-to-end technical support to office staff and remote team members. Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, audio equipment, peripherals, Windows, macOS, Linux, and business software/tools.

Network & Office Connectivity: Maintain office routers and access points, monitor ISP uptime, ensure LAN/Wi-Fi stability, resolve local IP conflicts, and manage secure VPN/remote access.

Incident Management & Uptime: Monitor disk usage, RAM, CPU load, and automated watchdogs. Diagnose and resolve critical server issues such as HTTP 500 errors, infinite redirects, high server loads, and service failures.

DevOps & Deployments: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins. Manage deployment workflows for Laravel, React, Next.js, and Node.js applications.

Database Administration: Manage, back up, restore, and monitor MySQL and MongoDB databases. Handle database security, user permissions, and routine integrity checks.

Domain & DNS Management: Manage A Records, CNAME, MX records, SSL certificates, domain lifecycles, and automated subdomain provisioning using domain APIs.

Security & Access Management:



Manage user accounts, software licenses, email configurations, firewall rules, fail2ban/IP blocking, SSH keys, and server/workstation security.

Asset Management: Maintain IT assets, software licenses, access credentials, and ensure proper security and availability of company infrastructure.

Developer Collaboration: Work closely with developers to troubleshoot deployment issues, root-directory/subfolder routing, Nginx/Apache rewrites, server configurations, and application environment setup.

Backup & Recovery: Maintain automated backup systems and ensure reliable recovery procedures for servers, databases, and critical business data.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, IT Support, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Linux server administration.

Hands-on experience with AWS, VPS, cPanel/WHM, Nginx, and Apache.

Working knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.

Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.

Positive understanding of MySQL and MongoDB.

Knowledge of DNS, SSL, domains, VPN, firewalls, SSH, and server security.

Familiarity with Laravel, React, Next.js, and Node.js deployment environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
