About EvolveSocially

EvolveSocially is a digital marketing agency helping brands grow through social media marketing, content creation, branding, and performance marketing.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic social media marketing intern who is interested in learning digital marketing and has basic knowledge of Canva, graphic design, and video editing.

This is a hands-on role where the intern will work on real client projects and learn how a digital marketing agency operates.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media accounts for EvolveSocially and its clients.
- Help create Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Create basic social media designs using Canva.
- Assist with basic video editing for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Research trending content, hashtags, sounds, and social media formats.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Write basic captions and social media copy.
- Find relevant content ideas based on client industries and target audiences.
- Monitor competitor social media pages and identify content opportunities.
- Assist the team in scheduling and publishing social media content.
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and followers.
- Support photoshoots, content shoots, and other marketing activities when required.
- Learn and follow each client's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Required Skills: Social Media Marketing

- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Interest in social media trends and content creation.
- Basic understanding of hashtags, engagement, and social media content.
- Willingness to learn social media marketing strategies.

Canva & Graphic Designing

- Basic knowledge of Canva is required.
- Ability to create simple and visually appealing social media posts.
- Basic understanding of fonts, colors, spacing, alignment, and layouts.
- Knowledge of Photoshop,



Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.

Video Editing

- Basic knowledge of editing Reels and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of trimming, transitions, text, subtitles, music, and effects.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Is creative and curious.
- Regularly uses and understands social media platforms.
- Has a good eye for design and visual content.
- Is comfortable working with Canva.
- Has basic video-editing skills or is willing to learn.
- Keeps up with current Instagram/Reels trends.
- Is willing to learn from feedback and improve.
- Can work as part of a creative team.
- Is responsible and able to complete tasks within deadlines.
- Wants to build a career in social media & digital marketing.

Educational Qualification

Students or recent graduates from:

- Digital Marketing
- Marketing
- Mass Communication
- Advertising
- Graphic Design
- Media & Communication
- Business/Management
- Any other relevant field

Students from other backgrounds with relevant skills are also welcome.

Experience

Freshers are welcome.

No prior qualified experience is required. A portfolio, college project, personal Instagram page or sample Canva designs will be an advantage.
