Job Summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Mechanical SME to support the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems for a large-scale Data Centre Project in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mission-critical mechanical infrastructure, ensuring project delivery meets quality, safety, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership for all mechanical construction activities on site.
- Review and validate mechanical designs, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Oversee installation of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, piping networks, ventilation systems, pumps, and associated mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate with CSA, Electrical, MEP, contractors, consultants, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Support testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.




- Identify construction and technical risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and project quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical construction and project execution.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, ventilation systems, mechanical piping, and cooling infrastructure.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
