Designation / Position: Production & Vendor Management

Job Description:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials, components, and services. Track material availability and ensure uninterrupted production schedules. Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries. Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and procurement teams. Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilization activities. Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and safety regulations. Investigate production issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and vendors. Prepare production reports, vendor performance reports, and material status reports. Collaborate with design, quality, procurement, and production teams to meet organizational objectives.

Experience :-





- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Production, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Support, or Business Development. Experience in Electronics, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.

Compensation

- Salary: No bar for the right candidate. Competitive hike based on current CTC and experience.
