About the Role

We're seeking a Kindergarten teacher who brings a real love and respect for children, along with curiosity about how they grow and develop. No prior Waldorf experience is required — what matters most is the willingness to learn and grow into this approach.

Requirements

Graduate degree or higher (any discipline)

Comfortable with singing, storytelling, and an artistic sensibility

Strong command of English, spoken and written

Schedule

8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays a month

Joining: Immediate

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (upon confirmation)





6-month probation period (first month is observation only)
