Experience : 0–2 years of experience in cashier, billing, retail, café, restaurant, or hospitality operations

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers and provide professional and courteous service.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment transactions.
- Prepare accurate bills and process orders through the POS system.
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, offers, and taxes are applied.
- Maintain proper cash handling and ensure the cash drawer is balanced.
- Perform opening and closing cash procedures as per company policy.
- Reconcile daily sales, cash, card, and online payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit daily reports.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, barista,



and service team for order processing.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
- Manage refunds, cancellations, and void transactions with proper authorization.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing/cash counter.
- Report any cash shortage, excess, billing errors, or system issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies regarding cash handling, hygiene, safety, and customer service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
