- Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
- Perform picking, packing, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Coordinate with transportation and operations teams for smooth deliveries.
- Ensure timely closure of operational tasks and shipment exceptions.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Prepare and update daily operational reports.
- Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries related to warehouse operations.
- Follow company SOPs, compliance requirements, and safety guidelines.
