We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manufacturing Unit Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a pesticide manufacturing unit in Ayothiyapattinam, Salem.
The ideal candidate should have strong Hindi communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
- Lead and manage workers and staff effectively.
- Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure smooth production and timely completion of targets.
- Maintain discipline and a productive work environment.
- Handle day-to-day manpower and operational issues.
- Coordinate with management on production and workforce requirements.
- Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent Hindi-speaking skills – Mandatory.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing workers in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day unit operations.
- Experience in pesticide/chemical/agrochemical manufacturing will be an added advantage.
