About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruitment Trainer to design and deliver practical training for our recruitment/HR team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices, along with the ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop structured training modules covering recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
- Review and improve existing recruitment training modules.
- Conduct live, interactive training sessions for the recruitment/HR team.
- Customize training content based on team skill gaps and hiring requirements.
- Create practical exercises, role-plays, case studies, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content updated with current recruitment trends and practices.
- Prepare training reports and summaries as required.





Requirements

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Trainer, HR Trainer, Talent Acquisition Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Experience in designing and delivering training modules and live sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different levels of learner experience.
- Strong practical understanding of recruitment and hiring workflows.
- Prior freelance or consulting training experience will be an advantage.
