Job Description – Technical Engineer

Designation : Service Engineer
Years of Experience : 3 – 6 years

Education : B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc/M.Sc/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics

Job Location : Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Job Function : Technical Service

Industry Preferred : Security & Surveillance, Office Automation & IT, Audio Visual, Edu-tech, and Automobile, IT Hardware product base company

Employment Type : Full Time

Roles&Responsibilities;

· Assist in planning, coordinating and executing engineering projects.

· Responsible for efficient provisioning, Troubleshooting, operation, installation/configuration and proper maintenance of systems hardware, software and other related infrastructure.

· Provide support in developing energy conservation and management programs

· Manage repair and maintenance requests promptly.

· Address customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.





· Conduct routine maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.

· Good Knowledge of CCTV & Surveillance systems.

· Should perform tasks related to ISO requirement

Skills

· Good computer & Software Proficiency (MS Office)

· Well-organized and analytical in problem-solving in minimal time

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Open to travel in Pan India

· A team player with a high level of dedication and ability to multitasked

· Experience from the same Industry will be an added advantage

· Punctual in Client service

· Communicate with Clients Timely.
