Job Overview
Ducat India is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack & MERN Trainer who has strong expertise in both Java Full Stack and MERN Stack technologies and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom/onsite training on Java Full Stack and MERN Stack.
- Explain technical concepts through practical examples and live projects.
- Design and deliver hands-on exercises, assignments, and projects.
- Guide students in development practices, debugging, and project implementation.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java Full Stack: Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices, etc.
- Strong expertise in MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git/GitHub, and databases.
- 2–6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Prior teaching/training experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
