Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the company's complete store and inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material receiving and issuing, stock accuracy, warehouse coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations
- Supervise receiving, checking, storing, and issuing of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Monitor inward and outward material movements
- Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and other inventory
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation for GRN, material issue, transfer, and dispatch
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production teams
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable
- Supervise and manage store staff
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store




- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, QA/QC, Dispatch, and other departments
- Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and excess inventory
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Manage ERP / inventory software for stock transactions
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
- Good knowledge of ERP / inventory management software
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Stock reconciliation and documentation
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline
- B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory Management
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
