Business Development Officer (BDO) – Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities, leads, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, customers, and business partners.
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
- Attend client meetings, pre-bid meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support the sales process until deal closure.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals, and business activities.




- Support management in developing strategies for business growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Good client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and business development skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
