Role Overview

Zilgi Jewels is looking for an energetic and sales-driven Field Sales Executive with basic knowledge of jewellery and a strong interest in building relationships with customers, retailers, dealers, and business partners.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential and existing clients, presenting Zilgi Jewels' jewellery collections, generating orders, developing current business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit jewellery retailers, dealers, wholesalers, and prospective customers in assigned areas.
- Present and promote Zilgi Jewels' jewellery products and collections to customers.
- Generate new leads and develop recent business relationships in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Take orders, coordinate with the internal team, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Keep track of competitor products, pricing, designs, and market trends.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups.
- Represent Zilgi Jewels professionally in the market and maintain a positive brand image.

Jewellery Knowledge Required

The candidate should have basic jewellery knowledge, including:

- Basic understanding of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones,



or fashion jewellery.
- Familiarity with common jewellery categories such as rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, pendants, and chains.
- Basic understanding of jewellery designs, finishes, quality, and product presentation.
- Ability to understand product specifications and explain them clearly to customers.
- Awareness of current jewellery trends will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury products, fashion, lifestyle, or retail-related industries.
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills and basic jewellery knowledge may also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting customers and conducting face-to-face sales.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Good relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Excel, or CRM tools for sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred for field travel.
