Designation: SR. Finance Executive

Experience: 3 to 8 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Accounting & Finance:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance.

- 3-8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles within FMCG, trading, retail, or manufacturing industries.

- Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Logic ERP or equivalent). Candidates with only Tally experience will not be considered.

- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.

2) Sales Accounting & Accounts Receivable:

- Manage accounting for sales across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-Commerce, B2B, Retail, and D2C channels.

- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports.

- Perform customer ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams for collection follow-ups and dispute resolution.

- Ensure timely accounting of credit notes, debit notes, sales returns, claims, and promotional schemes.





- Assist in monitoring credit limits and receivable risk.

3) MIS & Business Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and receivable MIS reports.

- Analyse sales trends, collections, ageing, and channel-wise performance.

- Support management with actionable reports and business insights.

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

4) Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

- Strengthen controls over the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

- Assist in automation initiatives and ERP improvements.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control frameworks.

- Support statutory, internal, and GST audits.

Skills Required:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- High attention to detail and ownership mindset

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
