Position/Title-Parent Relationship Manager (PRM)

Location- Bangalore

Language Known- English, Hindi and Kannada

Eligibility- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline), Engineering or MBA. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Parent Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective/existing parents, understand requirements, deliver exceptional customer experience, and serve as primary contact for admission queries.

● Lead Management & Conversion: Handle leads from digital campaigns, events, referrals, and walk-ins; conduct inbound/outbound calls; schedule campus visits/counselling; follow up regularly to improve conversions.

● Admissions & Business Development: Guide parents through admission/documentation, support branch targets, participate in marketing events, and identify growth opportunities.

● Customer Service Excellence:



Resolve parent concerns promptly, maintain high satisfaction, and coordinate with academic/admin teams.

● Data Management & Reporting: Maintain records in CRM, track lead status and conversion metrics, and prepare activity reports.

● Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Academics, and Leadership teams on customer experience and admissions initiatives.
