A primary care clinic in Kollam, running for 23 years. We offer general physician OPD, in-house diagnostic lab, pharmacy, and day-care beds under one roof.

Job Summary

Creative and self-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to independantly develop, execute, and manage our end-to-end digital presence. Direct reporting to the CEO. You own the strategy, create the content with or without external help, run the campaigns, and report the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan and execute the monthly content calendar for Instagram and Facebook
- Develop creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and seasonal promotions
- Visit our Umayanalloor clinic 1-2 times per week to shoot reels, procedure videos, staff features, and interactive content
- Design social media creatives, posters, flyers, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages — regular posting, DMs, comments, community engagement
- Plan and execute WhatsApp and SMS campaigns for offers, health camps, and patient recall
- Set up, run, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Track performance and share a weekly report with the CEO — spend, reach, leads, conversions
- Ensure all patient-facing content complies with medical privacy norms
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes

Required Qualifications

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in content creation and social media management
- Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads with documented results
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or similar design tools




- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
- Fluent in Malayalam and English — spoken and written
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
- Own laptop, editing setup, smartphone/camera, and reliable transport to Umayanalloor
- Prior work with clinics, hospitals, or wellness brands is a strong plus
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API tools (WATI, MSG91, Interakt) is a plus
