Summary:

- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster skilled growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ability to develop and implement complex data models and workflows within the Salesforce platform.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and best practices for deployment and version control.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
