You’ll manage invoices, track project finances, and keep things moving behind the scenes so our team can focus on creating meaningful design.

How your day would look like at SandCup

Managing client invoices, estimates, payments, project budgets, reports, statements, and timelines.

Collaborating with managers on scope and tracking company investments.

Ensuring smooth payment cycles, neat documentation and regular ledger maintenance.

Filing and submitting TDS, GST, Company Audit on a regular basis and coordinate with CA.

Managing the payroll and coordinating with the HR team.

Tools:

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Microsoft 365

Tally ERP and CRM

Email tracking / CRM systems (optional)

You’ll be a outstanding fit if

You’re good with numbers and have a sharp eye for details.

You’re organized and proactive with follow-ups.

You communicate clearly, even when things are tricky.





You’re comfortable managing multiple accounts single-handedly.

Your documentation style is clear and legible.

Skills:

Basic account management & reporting

Petty cash Vouching, and Disbursement

Knowledge of Receipt Entry Bank Reconciliation
