We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee payroll support. The role involves end-to-end payroll management using payroll software and accounting systems, ensuring accurate salary processing and statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

Process monthly payroll using Hive Payroll software (preferred)

Salary calculation including earnings, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements

Prepare and validate attendance data for payroll processing

Handle Full & Final Settlement for exiting employees

Accounting & Documentation

Maintain payroll accounting entries in Tally

Generate and issue Form 16 to employees

Maintain payroll records, salary registers, and statutory documents

Statutory Compliance

Calculate and process PF, Professional Tax (PTax), and ESIC

Timely filing of PF, ESIC, and PTax returns





Support employees with PF-related queries, withdrawals, and transfers

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

Audit & Reporting

Support annual audits related to payroll and statutory compliance

Prepare payroll reports for management review

Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Payroll Processing & Compliance

Hands-on experience with Payroll software (Hive Payroll preferred)

Solid working knowledge of Tally

Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PTax, and labor law compliances

Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Good communication skills for employee support

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
