Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Coordinate payroll and other HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.




- Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
