Administration & Support of ERP (Installation/Implementation).

Access Rights permission for ERP Users.

SQL server management.

Generating Reports.

Identifying new areas in ERP for customization for smooth functioning of ERP.

Analysing recent requirements across departments, discussing with HOD & coordinating with ERP vendor to get it developed.

Testing of new ERP releases.

Training of ERP to End Users.

Reporting Bugs to developers.

Coordinating with users for ERP / Tally / other apps related issues.

Giving 2nd level of support for Desktop/Printers.

Checking Buyer PO , Cost Sheets with ERP Order entries & sending alerts to merchants.

Reports on buyer liability on cancelled/part cancelled orders.

Registering complaint with ISP on link issues & follow-up.

Attending to support calls/emails from Mumbai/Bangalore/Tirupur on ERP/Tally issues.

Inventory Stock adjustment as an when approval received from Directors

Financial Year Data carry forward of inventory and accounts.

Immediate joiners would be preferred with experience into VisualGems of minimum of 5-7 years

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
