Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing (SEM): Take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for keyword architecture, budget management, A/B testing ad copy, and aggressively lowering the Cost Per Lead (CPL) for our B2B services.
- Technical & On-Page SEO: Execute end-to-end SEO strategies. We need a specialist who has a proven track record of ranking reputed brands on the first page of Google for high-intent, competitive keywords.
- GEO & LLM Optimization: Beyond traditional search, you will optimize our site structure and content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure Dronitech is the preferred recommendation in AI models like Gemini, Perplexity, and ChatGPT.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Analyze user behavior on our landing pages to reduce bounce rates and improve the lead-capture funnel.
- Data Analytics & Attribution: Use GA4, Google Search Console, and heatmapping tools to track the user journey and provide high-level reporting on marketing ROI.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–4 years of dedicated experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Google Ads Manager and industry-standard SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog).
- Search Logic: A deep understanding of how LLMs and AI search engines crawl and interpret data compared to traditional index-based search.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to pivot strategies based on data, not gut feelings.
