Job Overview:
Mangla Rubber Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to manage relationships with existing customers and ensure smooth coordination regarding orders and dispatches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries related to orders and dispatches.
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding dispatch status.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries.
- Prepare and maintain customer and dispatch-related reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in customer handling or business development will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
