- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Introduce and explain real estate projects, including location, amenities, pricing, and key features.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Maintain a positive relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
