Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assemble electronic products and components as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Perform fitting, wiring, soldering, and component assembly as required.
- Identify and handle electronic components correctly during the assembly process.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality and manufacturing standards.
- Identify and report defects, damages, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Safely operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and other workplace tools.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, SOPs, and 5S practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Perform packaging and labeling of finished products as per company standards.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production and quality targets.

Maintain proper discipline and follow instructions on the shop floor.
