We are looking for an experienced Technical Writing Team Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, client interaction, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of technical writers.
- Handle direct client communication and requirement gathering.
- Assign projects, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review technical documentation for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Coordinate with clients, SMEs, and technical teams.
- Mentor team members and monitor team performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong client interaction and team management skills.
- Excellent technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with Cloud, SaaS, DevOps, or IT documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹736,310.15 - ₹2,295,460.44 per year
