Technical Support Engineer – Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities

- Technical support for Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC, HMI, Inverter, Servo, Motion Controller, Robots, SCADA & CNC.
- Support Machine Vision Systems, AGVs/AMRs and automation projects.
- PLC/HMI/SCADA application development, simulation and troubleshooting.
- Control panel I/O testing and FAT execution.
- On-site commissioning and service support.
- Technical presales support to Sales & Marketing.
- Project planning, scheduling and customer coordination.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi / Siemens PLC programming.
- Knowledge of SCADA/DCS, HMI, Servo & Motion.
- Programming knowledge: Ladder, ST, FBD, SFC.




- Industrial protocols: CC-Link, CC-Link IE, Profinet, DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP & Modbus.
- Solid troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Mitsubishi automation experience is an added advantage.

Qualification

BE/BTech/Diploma in E&TC;, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, or Mechatronics/Automation.
