Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in managing daily workshop operations, ensuring quality repairs, customer satisfaction, team productivity, and adherence to Royal Enfield service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager in managing day-to-day service workshop operations.
- Monitor workshop workflow and ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, FQI, CDE, and other service staff.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired as per Royal Enfield standards and SOPs.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and job quality.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of customer complaints.
- Review repeat repairs and identify the root cause of recurring issues.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and workshop team for smooth job allocation and completion.
- Ensure proper final quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor workshop targets, revenue, labour sales, and productivity.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Monitor pending jobs, delayed vehicles, and ensure timely delivery commitments.
- Ensure proper documentation, job card processes, and service records.
- Conduct regular team briefings and guide employees on service processes and quality standards.
- Identify training requirements and support technician skill development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards.
- Prepare and share relevant service performance reports with the Service Manager.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile service operations.
- Experience in a supervisory or service management role will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle servicing, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of workshop operations and service processes.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and service-related systems.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
