Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Position Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive serves as the key liaison between guests and management, ensuring an exceptional, personalized experience from pre-arrival to departure. You will focus on building guest loyalty, handling high-profile VIPs, addressing special requests, and proactively resolving complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

● VIP & Loyalty Guest Care: Welcome VIPs, regular patrons, and corporate guests; arrange personalized welcomes, amenities, and special room/table setups.

● Guest Feedback & Service Recovery: Actively solicit guest feedback, track satisfaction scores, and manage guest complaints promptly with empathy and professional service recovery.

● Pre-Arrival & Departure Management: Coordinate pre-arrival communications, review guest preferences or dietary restrictions, and follow up post-departure to ensure a seamless experience.

● Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partner closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security teams to ensure special requests are executed flawlessly.

● Inquiry Handling & Concierge Services:



Assist guests with travel arrangements, bookings, local recommendations, and general venue or hotel inquiries.

● Data & Preference Tracking: Maintain and update guest profiles in the CRM/Property Management System (PMS) to store preferences, special dates (birthdays, anniversaries), and history.

Requirements & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or Business Administration preferred.

● 1–3 years of front-of-house or guest relations experience in a hotel, luxury restaurant, or high-end hospitality setting.

● Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

● High emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

● Polished personal presentation and fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage).

● Flexibility to work shift rotations, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
