We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage daily online orders, inventory, dispatch, and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare shipping manifests and coordinate with delivery partners.
- Monitor product listings, inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct monthly stock checks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and e-commerce platform managers.
- Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle e-commerce sales activities and resolve operational issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce operations or order management.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Fluent in Hindi and comfortable communicating in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid attention to detail and coordination skills.
