Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Erection Supervisor to supervise and coordinate equipment erection activities at the project site. The candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical equipment installation, site execution, manpower handling, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise equipment erection and installation activities at site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site management for smooth execution.
- Read and understand equipment layout, drawings, and erection procedures.
- Supervise manpower and allocate daily work activities.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, lifting, positioning, and installation of equipment.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, welders,



and other site personnel.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily site progress reports.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team for solutions.
- Maintain proper records of equipment erection and site activities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment erection/site supervision.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical equipment erection and installation.
- Experience in manpower and contractor handling.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment layouts.
- Knowledge of lifting, rigging, alignment, and leveling activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
