Personality Development Trainer – FoxBrain

Location: Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours

- Weekdays (Monday, Wednesday–Friday): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging personality development, communication skills, and public speaking sessions for students.
- Train students in confidence building, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and effective communication.
- Help learners improve both verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and interactive training sessions according to students’ age and learning levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their personal development goals.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Create a positive, energetic, and supportive classroom workplace.

Requirements





- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong command of spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with children is preferred, especially with students in the 5–15 years age group.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and personality development.
- Confident, enthusiastic, patient, and student-focused approach.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with young learners.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends as per the schedule.
