This is a full time, work-from-home opportunity for 3 months Contract for freshers and experienced candidates who are fluent in Malayalam and English.

Job responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally over inbound or outbound calls.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the company system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet process quality, attendance and productivity requirements.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls.

Eligibility

- Undergraduates and graduates may apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages
- Malayalam
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Candidates must clear the company’s communication assessment with the required score.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a six-day working week.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
