- Deliver products/orders safely and on time to customers.
- Collect and verify orders before delivery.
- Handle cash or digital payments when required.
- Maintain proper delivery records and documents.
- Communicate politely with customers and provide good service.
- Follow the assigned delivery routes and company guidelines.
- Take care of the delivery vehicle and report any issues.
- Coordinate with the office/team regarding order status and delivery updates.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own bike/scooter must
- Basic knowledge of the local area.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Punctual, responsible and reliable.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
