Job Summary
Recent Look Laser Clinic is looking for an experienced Sales Counselor / Business Development Executive to manage inbound leads, schedule consultations, and help prospective clients choose suitable skincare and laser treatments.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the aesthetic, skincare, dermatology, wellness, or laser treatment industry and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and website leads.
- Convert inquiries into clinic consultations and treatment bookings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead records.
- Explain treatment options, packages, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a positive client experience.
- Support monthly sales and appointment booking goals.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, counseling, business development, or client relationship management.
- Prior experience in a skincare, aesthetic, dermatology, laser, wellness, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
