We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their learning requirements, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through calls, digital channels, referrals, and other sources.
- Connect with students to understand their educational requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, learning benefits, and career opportunities effectively.
- Conduct counselling calls and product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with academic, counselling, and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.




- Track competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, education counselling, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right learning solution.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
