We are looking for an experienced Bid & Tender Manager to identify, manage, and submit high-quality tender applications for a digital marketing agency serving UK clients.
The primary focus will be UK public sector contracts, managing the full bid process from opportunity identification and bid/no-bid assessment through to final submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant UK public sector tenders and framework opportunities.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and submission processes.
- Manage bids end-to-end, including bid plans, compliance checklists, timelines, and submissions.
- Write clear, persuasive, and fully compliant tender responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, case study, policy, certification, and supporting information.
- Prepare pricing schedules, budgets, and commercial proposals.
- Complete SQs, PQQs, ITTs, RFPs, and other procurement documentation.
- Maintain a tender pipeline and track submissions, outcomes, feedback, and win rates.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable bid content and supporting documentation.
- Analyse unsuccessful bids and implement improvements.
- Support private-sector tenders when required.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in bid writing, tender management, proposal development, or UK public sector procurement.
- Strong understanding of UK public procurement processes and tender requirements.
- Proven experience managing bids from opportunity identification to submission.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong proposal-writing and editing skills.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, pricing, or budgets.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and deadline management.
- Ability to interpret complex tender documents and develop compliant, competitive responses.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work independently.
Desirable
- Experience bidding for digital marketing, SEO, web development, hosting, social media, branding, creative, or technology services.
- Experience with UK procurement portals, frameworks, and e-tendering systems.
- Experience developing quality, technical, social value, implementation, risk, and service-delivery responses.
- Knowledge of data protection, information security, sustainability, equality, and business continuity requirements.
- Experience working with a UK-based agency, consultancy, technology, or skilled services company.

- Deliver accurate, compliant, and competitive submissions on time.
- Improve tender quality and success/win rates.
- Build a strong library of reusable bid content.
- Provide clear reporting on opportunities, submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Analyse unsuccessful bids and implement improvements.
- Support private-sector tenders when required.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
