Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) for brand campaigns, promotions, and educational content.
- Create motion graphic elements, animated text, transitions, and visual enhancements.
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.

2. Content Planning & Execution

- Assist in planning and structuring the monthly content calendar.
- Ideate and propose new creative formats based on trends and competitor analysis.
- Repurpose raw footage into multiple usable formats for social media.

3. Social Media Publishing

- Prepare, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Ensure timely posting to align with content strategy and campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest content optimizations.

4. Creative Collaboration

- Work with the marketing and clinic operations team to produce high-impact visuals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the CEO/lead team.

Requirements

- Strong portfolio (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.




- Understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content.
- Detail-oriented, creative mindset, and ability to work with deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and aesthetics.
