RS Logistics is a growing logistics and transportation company specializing in fleet management and supply chain solutions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Fleet Operation Manager to manage and oversee our entire fleet operations in Rudrapur.

The candidate will be responsible for vehicle tracking, driver management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Fleet Management: Manage end-to-end fleet of 500+ vehicles (Trucks / Containers).

Operations: Plan and optimize routes, trip scheduling, and ensure on-time loading & unloading.

Driver Management: Handling team of drivers, attendance, behaviour, training, and resolving driver issues.

GPS & Tracking: Monitor all vehicles through GPS system, ensure no stoppage/detention.

Maintenance & Compliance: Manage vehicle servicing, insurance, fitness,



permits, and PUC.

Reduce breakdowns.Cost Control: Control fuel, toll, tyre, and maintenance costs.

Manage FASTag and diesel accounting.Vendor & Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, transporters, and workshops.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily MIS, trip sheets, fuel reports, and submit to management.

Problem Solving: Handle on-road breakdown, accident, RTO issues and challans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (Logistics background preferred)

3-6 years of proven experience as Fleet Manager / Operation Manager in a Transport/Logistics

skills to handle drivers

Knowledge of vehicle compliance and documentation

Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting

Salary - 35k to 40k
