- Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for reinforcement detailing.
- Prepare Client Item Rate Bills for civil works based on project specifications and work progress.
- Estimate quantities and material requirements for reinforcement and civil works.
- Track project costs and prepare detailed Client Billing based on item rates.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with cost and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quantities and progress for billing.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to manage cost and budget.
- Review and update BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for client billing as per contract and design changes.
