We are looking for a certified and responsible Pool Attendant & Gym Instructor to oversee the swimming pool and gym facilities during weekends. The candidate will ensure the safety of guests, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, assist gym users, and provide basic fitness guidance.
Key Responsibilities Swimming Pool Duties
- Monitor and supervise the swimming pool area to ensure guest safety.
- Ensure pool rules and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Check pool water quality and report any concerns to the management.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies.
- Ensure all pool safety and rescue equipment is available and in working condition.
Gym Instructor Duties
- Supervise guests using the gym and ensure safe usage of fitness equipment.
- Guide guests on the correct use of gym equipment.
- Provide basic fitness and exercise guidance as required.
- Ensure the gym remains clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
- Ensure gym rules and safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Pool Attendant / Lifeguard certification is mandatory.
- Gym Instructor / Fitness Trainer certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of swimming pool safety, first aid, and emergency procedures.
- Positive communication and guest service skills.
- Physically fit, responsible, and attentive.
- Previous experience in a hotel, club, gym, or recreation facility will be preferred.
Working Schedule
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift timings will be assigned as per operational requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
