The dentist treats the tooth. You look after the person.

A patient in a dental chair is more vulnerable than they'll admit. They can't speak properly, they can't see what's happening, and quite often they're frightened.

You'll assist chairside, manage instruments, run sterilisation and keep the surgery immaculate. But the part that decides whether a patient completes their treatment or disappears after one visit is simpler than any of that — did they feel safe with you in the room?

We're opening a premium clinic in Lower Parel doing implants, veneers, clear aligners and full-mouth reconstruction. Long appointments, significant decisions, often anxious patients. We need nurses who are clinically sound and genuinely warm.

Dental experience not required

We're hiring registered nurses, and we'll train you in dentistry completely.

A registered nurse with excellent patient skills and no dental background is a stronger hire for us than a dental assistant without them. Full chairside training is provided, including digital scanning, CBCT imaging and implant surgery support.

What you'll do

- Chairside
- Assist during all procedures — four-handed dentistry, suction, retraction, instrument transfer, materials preparation
- Anticipate what the clinician needs before being asked
- Prepare the surgery and set up trays for each procedure
- Support implant, surgical and cosmetic cases
- Take clinical photographs and assist with digital scans and radiographs as trained
- Patient care and comfort
- Welcome each patient into the surgery and settle them before treatment begins
- Watch the patient throughout, not just the procedure — notice tension and distress early, and act
- Talk patients through what's happening in plain language, at their pace
- Give clear post-operative instructions and make sure they genuinely understood them
- Phone post-operative patients the day after surgery where required
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Full instrument reprocessing: cleaning, packaging,



autoclaving, storage
- Run and document autoclave cycles and validation testing
- Maintain infection control standards to protocol, every time, without supervision
- Keep sterilisation records accurate and current
- Manage clinical waste correctly
- Surgery readiness and stock
- Every surgery stocked, clean and ready before the first patient of the session
- Daily instrument and handpiece counts
- Monitor consumables and flag reorders before anything runs out
- Equipment care; report faults immediately

A pathway into aesthetics and injectables

- We expect to introduce aesthetic and injectable treatments at this clinic.
- Registered nurses are the right professionals to train into that work. If it interests you, we will support your training and certification, and there is a clear route into an expanded aesthetics role with the remuneration that comes with it.

What we're looking for

Essential

- Registered nurse — GNM, B.Sc Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing, registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council (or eligible to register)
- Sound understanding of sterilisation, asepsis and infection control
- Strong spoken English, plus fluent Hindi — our patients include professionals, expatriates and international visitors, and you'll speak with them directly
- A warm, cheerful, calm presence and the ability to make a nervous person feel genuinely looked after
- Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards for a premium clinical environment
- Physically comfortable with long chairside sessions
- Reliable and punctual — the clinic cannot start without its nurse

Sunday & Tuesday Closed

Two nurses on staggered shifts, rotating weekly, both on the floor through the busiest part of the day:

Early: 10:15 – 19:00 (weekdays) — opens the surgeries, runs the morning set-up

Late: 11:15 – 20:45 (weekdays) — closes down, completes the sterilisation cycle

Saturday: 10:30 – 18:30

Five-day week. Sundays and Tuesdays off. No nights, no on-call, no rotating roster.

Your first 90 days

Timeframe Expectation

Weeks 1–2 Induction, infection control and sterilisation training. Shadowing chairside.

Weeks 3–6 Assisting independently on routine procedures. Running the sterilisation cycle unsupervised.

Weeks 6–12 Confident assisting on implant, surgical and cosmetic cases. Full ownership of your surgery's readiness and stock.
