We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently deliver products to customers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver orders to customers.
- Load, transport, and unload products while preventing damage.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Verify orders and delivery information for accuracy.
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service at each delivery.
- Collect payments or obtain delivery confirmations when required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all company, traffic, and safety policies.
- Assist with warehouse or other duties when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages as required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or delivery app for navigation and order updates.
- Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required.
