Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and mature HR Head to lead HR operations, employee management, recruitment, policies, and overall HR processes of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall HR operations and HR strategy.
- Lead and manage the HR team.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Manage performance management, KRA/KPI, and appraisal processes.

· Review HR reports, compliance status, and departmental performance.

· Supervise the L&D; Department and identify organizational training needs.

· Review and verify SOPs developed by L&D; recommend amendments and process improvements.

· Ensure compliance with POSH regulations; oversee complaint handling and investigations

- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives.




- Ensure proper HR documentation and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and review HR MIS and management reports.
- Coordinate with HODs and senior management for manpower and HR requirements.
- Identify HR gaps and implement process improvements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Head / Senior HR Management.
- The candidate should preferably have strong overall HR experience and leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations and HR Policies.
- Good understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
- Solid team handling and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR MIS.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
