- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to the care plan.
- Assess and monitor vital signs and patient condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
- Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper patient identification and safety.
- Educate patients and relatives regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing equipment and patient areas.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
