Dispatch Manager – Job Description

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day dispatch and warehouse operations.

Handle orders from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

Ensure timely picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch of orders.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock reconciliation.

Manage and coordinate warehouse/dispatch staff.

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries.

Track pending, delayed, cancelled, and returned orders.

Prepare daily and weekly dispatch and inventory reports.

Ensure dispatch accuracy and meet daily dispatch targets.

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics teams.





Resolve dispatch and inventory-related issues efficiently.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.

Good knowledge of inventory management and order processing.

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong team-handling and communication skills.

Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
