Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application reliability.
- Document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to support continuous team learning.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to profitability and cost management.
