About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience across HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Projects, and Hiring. This role will involve working closely with employees and different teams, helping improve day-to-day processes, and supporting various people-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day HR operations and help ensure smooth employee processes.
- Assist with HR projects and take ownership of tasks assigned as part of different initiatives.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Help with hiring activities including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and employees whenever required.
- Assist with onboarding and other employee-related activities.




- Work with different teams to get HR-related tasks and projects completed smoothly.
- Identify simple ways to improve everyday HR processes and employee experience.
- Take up other HR-related responsibilities and projects as required.

Requirements:

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with people and coordinating with different teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
