Experience: 2–5 years

We are looking for a Global Payroll professional with strong hands-on payroll operations experience and a focus on US/North America payroll.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage end-to-end global payroll processing
✔ Support US payroll across multiple states/provinces and pay frequencies
✔ Handle time corrections,



retro adjustments, garnishments and year-end activities
✔Work with Oracle Fusion, UKG/Kronos and ServiceNow
✔ Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis and reporting
✔ Ensure statutory compliance and audit-ready documentation
✔ Coordinate with vendors and global stakeholders
✔ Drive process improvements and automation

Significant: Candidates must be willing to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
